As a counter point to the many panels geared for young emerging artists, the Ora Lerman Trust/Soaring Garden’s Artists Retreat is proud to sponsor the upcoming panel, Mid-Career Boost: Challenges and Opportunities. A topic that is seldom discussed but sorely needed, this panel is designed to help artists with mid-career challenges, to facilitate positive actions for sustainability, create new prospects, and a renewed sense of empowerment. Members of the panel will address the concerns of artists at this stage of their careers and make concrete recommendations for setting realistic goals and meeting them. A complementary handout with a list of resources and recommended readings will be available.
