Saturday, Nov 7, 6-9 pm: Performances continue with an opera, a film, and a radio play by Alex Waterman, Shannon Ebner, and David Morris and Pedro Cid Proença.

Alex Waterman will perform CLOUDS & CROWDS, a piece that consists only of vowels and is scored for six pairs; each pair shares a score and a tuning fork as they sing together and move in and out of the crowd.  Waterman wrote the piece to accompany Shannon Ebner and David Reinfurt’s collaboration A HUDSON YARD, which was commissioned by High Line Art.

Shannon Ebner will screen her film A PUBLIC CHARACTER, 2015, also derived from A HUSDON YARD. The 13-minute film was edited by Erika Vogt, scored by Alex Waterman, and includes photographs by Timothy Schenck.

David Morris and Pedro Cid Proenca will produce a radio play with a live reading of Stefan Themerson's text Before Publication, in which he introduces himself as a verb. Alisa Besher and Giovanni Saldarriaga will act.

This event is being held in conjunction with the exhibition Accompaniment, on view November 6 - December 19, 2015.
